Once a feature is purchased from any BoostYourReach Influencer, you will receive your feature within 7 business days. If the site has a problem with your content, you will be refunded ASAP or contacted to work out the details (ex. a replacement picture/video) If you do not receive your feature in 7 business days, you may request a refund, and will be fully refunded by www.BoostYourReach.com. Keep in mind that if you have not yet received your feature, it is possible that the Influencer has too many orders to fill and will get to yours ASAP.
BoostYourReach does not OWN all of the Influencers that are available on our website, but we take full responsibility that your feature will be delivered or you will be refunded directly by us.
No refunds will be issued for any services or features that have been completed for more than 5 minutes on the any Influencer’s Instagram page.
Services that have yet to be completed are subject to a 15% service fee if a refund is requested.
